An Easy Granola Recipe For Your Health Journey w/ Video

Here's an easy granola recipe I made just for you.  


  • 5 bananas
  • 11 oz oats
  • 3 oz coconut oil
  • 3 oz walnuts
  • 2 oz pumpkin seeds
  • 5 oz maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Bananas were dehydrated for 24 hours at 115 F
Mix all ingredients excluding bananas at 350 F at 25-30 mins



Replace foil with silicone sheet:

Key Ingredients:

  • Walnuts: known to repair skin cells and skin tissues
  • Pumpkin Seeds: said to fight against skin related issues, such as, acne and aging
  • Oats: high in fiber
  • Maple Syrup: low in fructose
  • Bananas: said to stimulate growth of healthy bacteria in the stomach



If you don't have a dehydrator you can also opt to purchasing dried bananas, or any other fruit you desire.  


As a reminder, it is tempting to add milk to this (for some people) but mixing liquids and solids only slow down the digestion process. This method causes the backing up of solids and fermentation in the stomach.
